Cancellation Policy

M2 Driving School LTD 📞 Phone: 778-694-3331 📧 Email: m2driving@gmail.com Single Driving Lesson Rates $100 per hour Lesson Structure Each driving lesson is 120 minutes, including a minimum of 90 minutes of driving practice. Free pickup and drop-off are included. Road Test Package $299 Includes: Use of the school vehicle Student pickup and drop-off 30-minute warm-up session before the road test Important: If a client requesting a car rental is not an active student of M2 Driving School, a minimum one-hour driving skills assessment is required. This assessment will be charged at the regular hourly rate. Taxes & Fees All prices exclude 5% GST and any 5% additional applicable fees. Additional Passengers A maximum of one (1) additional passenger is permitted in the vehicle for observation purposes only, at the instructor’s discretion. Refund Policy No refunds will be issued for lessons that have already taken place. If a lesson package is purchased and later discontinued: Used lessons will be charged at the regular hourly rate The remaining balance will be refunded All refund requests must be submitted in writing to M2 Driving School. Cancellation Policy Lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations may be made by email, phone call, or text message. No-shows will be charged for the full lesson. Road Test Cancellation (Booked by the School) A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel a road test booked by M2 Driving School. This notice is required so the school can notify ICBC. Failure to provide 72 hours’ notice may result in an ICBC late cancellation fee, which will be charged to the student.
